Info About Events
Athletes must register with a club representative by the Tuesday before each Saturday meet. Typically each event is $5 and you can register for up to three events per meet. An email requesting registration will be sent out prior to each meet. Late registrations will have to be done by individual families by 8am at the meet. There will be a late fee charged by the host club.
Athletes are allowed to compete in 3 events depending on their age group and the coaches’ discretion. We will attempt to let you know an approximate time (morning or afternoon) for events. Due to the variance in meet administration, it is very difficult to determine exact times for events; therefore, it is better to be too early than to miss events. Athletes should arrive at the meet 1 hour before their scheduled event in order to properly warm-up and check in.
: Athletes are required to have their USATF card at each meet. Please complete this online prior to May 20th. https://www.usatf.org/membership/application/index.asp If you have questions regarding the USATF card please reach out to Laura and she can help get you set up.
Meet Gate Fee:
There will be a gate/entry charge for family members at each meet. This fee ranges from $2-$5/person. Children under 5 are typically free.
We will make every effort to put together competitive relays for each meet. Relays at regular season meets are open to all athletes; however, we will take the top 4 athletes in a respective event to form our relays for the State meets.
